Design Lead for AI-Driven Financial Solutions

We are seeking an experienced Design Lead to join our team and contribute to the development of innovative AI-driven financial solutions. As a Design Lead, you will play a key role in shaping the design language for AI agents managing sensitive financial decisions.

Your primary responsibility will be to lead the design of user interfaces and experiences that balance automation with user control. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including AI researchers, product managers, and engineers, to create experiences that are transparent, trustworthy, and explainable.

In this role, you will also support user research and usability testing efforts with insights that directly inform design iteration. Your strong portfolio and expertise in UX/UI design principles, human-computer interaction, and human-AI interaction will be invaluable assets to our team.

If you have 5-8 years of experience in UX/UI design, with some exposure to fintech, SaaS, or data-heavy tools, we encourage you to apply.   • Required Skills and Qualifications:

    • Proficiency in tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar
    • Foundational understanding of human-computer interaction (HCI), with interest in human-AI interaction
