  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Design with AI superpowers (40%): Utilize AI design tools like Figma AI, Adobe XD, Sketch, Midjourney, DALL-E, UXPin, Uizard, Lovable, Jasper & Galileo AI to rapidly ideate and iterate on designs that drive user engagement.
    • Craft human-centered experiences (35%): Develop intuitive interfaces for complex enterprise applications & consumer products, conduct user research, and synthesize insights into actionable design decisions.
    • Collaborate & innovate (25%): Work closely with engineers to bring designs to life with pixel-perfect implementation, partner with product managers to balance user needs with business objectives, and collaborate with sales/marketing teams to ensure design supports growth & conversion goals.
