The Quality Assurance Automation Engineer plays a crucial role in ensuring the quality of software products by developing, modifying, and executing test plans, automated scripts, and programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Automatic Test Case Design: Develop and implement automated test cases for Salesforce applications and related systems.
  • Implement Functional Testing, Regression Testing, and Integration Testing for Salesforce applications.
  • Use Tosca to create and execute automation test scripts.
  • Perform API Testing using Tosca, validating request/response behavior across integrations.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies, contribute QA insights early in the development cycle, and support sprint planning.
  • Document test plans, test cases, and test data sets, ensuring clear traceability to requirements.
  • Identify, log, and track defects, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and collaborate with cross-functional teams to revalidate fixes.
  • Support test optimization efforts through reusable components and automation improvements.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
  • 3-12 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance, with a balance of both test automation and manual testing.
  • Hands-on experience working in an Agile environment, actively contributing to sprint planning and test-driven development.
  • Strong hands-on automation experience with programming skills.
