Copado Robotic Testing Engineer Job Description

We are seeking an experienced engineer to fill a role that involves working with Copado Robotic Testing (CRT) for Salesforce and integrated applications.

The ideal candidate will have experience in designing, developing, and maintaining automated test scripts using CRT 3+ for Salesforce and integrated applications. They should also be proficient in creating and managing custom scripts in QWords for reusable, modular, and scalable test automation.

A strong understanding of web automation concepts including XPath, CSS selectors, waits, and dynamic elements is necessary. Additionally, the candidate should be able to integrate Selenium-based tests into CI/CD pipelines and ensure compatibility with CRT frameworks.

This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to support Salesforce, Commerce Cloud, and OMS testing initiatives. The successful candidate will be able to conduct API testing and validate backend services and integrations.

  • Minimum 1 full lifecycle implementation experience in a Salesforce environment.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Copado Robotic Testing, preferably version 3 or higher.
  • 3+ years of strong experience with Selenium WebDriver for web application testing.
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce, Commerce Cloud, and OMS.
  • Proven experience in creating and managing scripts in QWords.
  • Proficiency in live testing, UI recording, and debugging test flows.
  • Strong knowledge of API testing tools and techniques.
  • Experience with CI/CD, DevOps, and cloud-based testing environments.
