We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our team at Ecolab. As a ServiceNow Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions that meet the needs of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform day-to-day support, administration, and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform, including midservers and integration points.

Work directly with end-users to troubleshoot and resolve support issues.

Review and provide feedback on documented business requirements to ensure acceptance criteria are met.

Develop clear and concise technical and process documentation.

Develop, install, and troubleshoot ServiceNow applications with possible integration with other programs.

Troubleshoot bugs, fix defects, support users, and build enhancements for applications built in the platform.

Perform code reviews to ensure quality is met with regard to coding standards, integration, extensibility, and security.

Assist in maintaining detailed documentation of application design and code generation techniques used to train other developers on ServiceNow system software.

Ensure that the application and enhancements behave as designed by testing it for bugs and performance during all stages of the development process.

Requirements:

ServiceNow - Certified System Administrator.

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

2-4 years IT work experience.

Minimum 2 years of working experience as a ServiceNow Developer, preferably with more than 1 product expertise such as HRSD, CSM, ITSM, SPM & ITOM.

Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and XML with hands-on experience in ServiceNow scripting and development.

Working experience with forms, fields, view, client scripts, UI policy, and actions.

Familiarity working in an Agile environment with focus in SCRUM methodologies.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to design effective ServiceNow solutions.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment, effectively communicating complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Experience with API Integrations with other systems.

Experience with the configuration of the platform portals and service catalogs across products.

Working knowledge of ServiceNow Common Service Data Model (CSDM).

Ability to work independently or with a team.

Demonstrate strong initiative and self-starter.

Preferred Requirements:

ServiceNow – Certified Application Developer.

ServiceNow – Certified Implementation Specialist ITSM/CSM/HR.
