Job Role: Fab Module Head

This is a key leadership role within our organization, overseeing the engineering team responsible for module development and production.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in managing high-performing teams, with a strong background in semiconductor manufacturing and technology transfer.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the fab module engineering team to achieve project goals and timelines
  • Develop and implement standardized procedures for fab operations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination
  • Build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Travel as necessary to support global operations

Key Qualifications:

  • M.S or PhD in Physics, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science or equivalent
  • 10+ years experience as Module Manager in 300mm fab
  • Extensive knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes and technologies
  • Strong leadership and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a global team environment

Preferred Experience Level:

15+ years experience in the semiconductor industry

Proven track record of successfully developing new technologies into high-volume production

Excellent problem-solving skills using design of experiments and analytical tools
