The Performance Marketing Manager will spearhead the development and execution of a comprehensive digital growth strategy, focusing on paid channels, lead generation, and conversion funnels. This individual will be responsible for collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a performance marketing strategy that drives measurable results across multiple platforms.
  • Manage large-scale paid digital campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), programmatic networks, retargeting, and email marketing.
  • Design and implement robust measurement frameworks, dashboards, and KPIs to track performance and optimize ROI.
  • Leverage marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot) for lead nurturing, segmentation, and personalized campaigns.
  • Continuously test, analyze, and optimize creative assets, audience targeting, landing pages, and bidding strategies.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum 15 years of experience in performance marketing, with a strong focus on paid media, lead generation, and conversion funnels.
  • Proven success in managing large-scale paid digital campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Data Studio, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and marketing automation platforms.
  • Expertise in CRO strategies, A/B testing, and funnel optimization.
