Payroll Specialist

The primary responsibility of this role is to accurately calculate and process employee salaries based on recorded work hours, leave, and overtime.

This includes ensuring the organization complies with labor laws and regulations related to working hours, overtime, and other relevant aspects.

In addition, the payroll specialist will be responsible for managing employee leave requests and maintaining proper documentation and approval processes.

Reports are generated on employee attendance, tardiness, overtime, and other relevant data for management purposes.
