Key Role in Delivering Quality Products

This position plays a vital part in the mission to deliver high-quality products. As an R&D Associate, Microbiologist, you will be responsible for testing and decision-making around antimicrobial claims for new projects.

You will work closely with a team of global microbiologists to drive data generation, analysis, and recommendations on antimicrobial performance for personal care and surface care innovations.

Maintaining lab records in compliance with laboratory and quality standards is crucial in this role.

  • Support product development teams in substantiating antimicrobial claims for new projects.
  • Independently plan and conduct experiments to evaluate the antimicrobial efficacy of prototype formulations and finished products.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of research and development laboratory procedures and best practices.
  • Liaise with external laboratories in a professional manner to ensure delivery of results on time.
