About the Role

As a Lab Assistant in our R&D Lab, youll gain invaluable hands-on experience in research, testing, and prototyping. You'll work alongside brilliant engineers and scientists, helping turn breakthrough ideas into reality.

What You'll Do

Be the execution engine of our R&D team—set up, run, and analyze experiments for testing water purification systems.

Operate, calibrate, and maintain lab equipment, ensuring high-precision testing and analysis.

Collect and document test data, identifying patterns, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement.

Work closely with engineers and scientists, assisting in building, modifying, and testing prototypes.

Conduct water quality testing and performance validation using industry-standard protocols.

Assist in sourcing lab supplies, ensuring an organized and well-stocked R&D environment.

Support field trials, gathering real-world performance insights to enhance product development.

What We're Looking For

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Sciences.

0-3 years of hands-on work in a lab, R&D environment, or testing setup (Freshers with a strong technical mindset are welcome).

You love experimenting, testing, and refining ideas to improve technology.

You enjoy collecting data, identifying trends, and ensuring accuracy in your findings.

You're comfortable working with lab instruments, tools, and prototype setups.

You are eager to learn, take on new challenges, and grow into an R&D leadership role.
