Senior Private Equity Investment Manager

Job Overview:

As a seasoned Senior Private Equity Investment Manager, you will lead our team in identifying, evaluating, and executing commercially viable distressed private equity investment opportunities in the real estate and allied sectors. You will be responsible for preparing market reports to identify demand and supply drivers, developing financial models to test feasibility, and coordinating due diligence activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deal Sourcing: Establish partnerships with developers and market intermediaries to improve deal flow and capability of the fund to invest across multiple asset classes.
  • Investment Analysis: Prepare detailed financial models to evaluate investment opportunities, assess risk, and identify key issues during the due diligence process.
  • Due Diligence Coordination: Manage timelines, coordinate with vendors, and identify key considerations during the due diligence process.
  • Investor Reporting: Prepare quarterly investor reports and resolve investor queries.
  • SPV Financial Monitoring: Establish standards for improving quality of financial reporting, prepare quarterly summary financials, and compare revised investment returns.
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, establish partnerships, and improve the fund's capability to invest across multiple asset classes.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6-8 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, or management consulting.
  • Industry experience: Real estate and infrastructure related experience.
  • Functional experience: Private equity, investment banking, management consulting.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word.
  • Report writing and stakeholder management experience.
