Job Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Real Estate Asset Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the company's real estate assets, including commercial properties, land development projects, and recreational facilities. You will work closely with our investment team to develop and implement strategic plans to maximize returns on our investments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain the company's real estate assets, including commercial properties, land development projects, and recreational facilities.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to maximize returns on our investments.
  • Collaborate with our investment team to identify new business opportunities and assess their feasibility.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to inform investment decisions.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
  • A bachelor's or master's degree in finance, real estate, or a related field.
  • At least 5-10 years of experience in the real estate industry, preferably in asset management or a related field.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and other financial modeling tools.
