Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Development: Provide comprehensive training, create and administer career development plans, analyze proficiency, and coach team members.
  • Technical Handholding: Execute/quality check REAP tasks, resolve day-to-day queries, and provide quality feedback.
  • Workflow Management: Manage workload, prioritize tasks, and support team members as needed.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build relationships, ensure timely communication, and provide updates to stakeholders.
  • Process Improvement: Prepare metrics, conduct calibration calls, and implement solutions to drive efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA and knowledge of CRE industry preferred.
  • Experience in developing people as a mentor or trainer; if not directly as a people leader.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in American English.
  • Growth mindset with the ability to learn continuously.
  • Ability to work on numerous key initiatives simultaneously.
