Job Title: Real Estate Strategist

Description:

  • We are seeking a skilled Real Estate Strategist to formulate and execute land acquisition strategies for Data Centers and Mobile Switching Centers across India.
  • The ideal candidate will lead negotiations and close deals with landowners, developers, and government bodies to secure land and office properties.
  • This role involves managing due diligence processes including title verification, regulatory clearances, and risk assessment.
  • The selected candidate will identify and acquire captive office spaces on lease, including execution and renewal of lease agreements.
  • Conduct market research to evaluate property values, assess investment opportunities, and support strategic decisions.

Responsibilities:

  • You will build and manage networks with property consultants, landowners, IPCs, and government authorities.
  • Candidate must coordinate inspections, site visits, and feasibility evaluations of potential land or property.
  • Mitigate legal and financial risks associated with acquisitions by overseeing compliance and legal processes.
  • Maintain stakeholder relationships across internal teams and external regulatory and vendor networks.
  • Provide regular updates on project progress, compliance status, and investment performance to senior leadership.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate strategy, land acquisition, or related field.
  • Proven track record of successfully acquiring land and properties.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
