We are seeking a seasoned Sales Executive to spearhead our efforts in the Aerospace & Defense sector.
About the Role- The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in driving sales growth and developing strategic partnerships within the defense industry.
- Drive the sale of cutting-edge technology solutions to key customers, focusing on Signal Intelligence, Spectrum monitoring & management, Secure Radio Communications, and Security solutions for aviation & homeland security.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve defined revenue targets and drive business growth.
- Nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, including defense, paramilitary, aviation, and security organizations.
- Leverage industry expertise to stay ahead of market trends and competitor activity.
- Lead a diverse team and foster a culture of collaboration and innovation.
- Minimum 15-20 years of experience in the Aerospace & Defense domain, with a proven track record of growing business in the Indian market.
- Educational Background: Bachelor's / Master's degree in Electronics Engineering & Communications / RF & Microwave or an equivalent course of study from a reputed institute/university.
- Deep understanding of the sales cycle for complex technology systems in the defense sector.
- Proven negotiation and deal-closing capabilities.
- Ability to develop and execute sales strategies in a highly specialized market.
