About the Role:

We are seeking a Pricing Specialist to join our organization for the Sales Operations department. The role will drive pricing strategy, manage global and regional price lists, analyze market competitiveness, and support sales teams with pricing requests.

  • Own and manage Global & Local Price Lists (GLP, CLP), ensuring accuracy in ERP systems and sales tools.
  • Define and implement pricing strategies aligned with business objectives and market positioning.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis, benchmark pricing, and apply statistical models for profitability insights.
  • Provide daily pricing support for non-standard requests and customer-specific agreements.
  • Support Product Management in pricing new products, accessories, and spare parts.
  • Deliver pricing reports & KPIs (price realization, evolution, margin analysis) to management.
  • Train stakeholders on pricing processes and concepts.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 3+ years in pricing management.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or related field.
  • Technical Skills: Strong in Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, SAP.
  • Soft Skills: Analytical, detail-oriented, collaborative, excellent communicator.
  • Languages: Fluent in English.
  • Ability to work independently in a cross-functional environment.
