Senior Credit Analyst Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Credit Analyst to join our team. As a Senior Credit Analyst, you will be responsible for carrying out due diligence on large corporate customers, conducting in-depth financial analysis and business model reviews, and analyzing cashflows and working capital.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Carry out due diligence for large corporate customers, including reviewing annual reports, borrower/promoter backgrounds, term sheets/sanction letters, and credit notes.
  2. Conduct in-depth financial analysis, business model review, management risk analysis, and working on cashflow based excel models.
  3. Review internal rating of customers and assign ratings.
  4. Prepare recommendation notes and recommend proposals to top management.
  5. Interact with various stakeholders (internal and external) for review of such customers.
  6. Up-to-date with industry dynamics and changing environment.
  7. Keep up to date with various RBI circulars critical from wholesale lending perspective.
  8. Adherence to Bank internal policy, deviations to be reviewed adequately.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • CA/MBA from a reputed institute.
  • Minimum of 6 years of work experience in credit evaluation in a Bank (Not NBFC).
  • Credit Evaluation in any Bank.
