Job Description

Serve as a customer service and sales liaison to existing MLI clients through relationship development. A provided customer database, known as the Book of Relations (BoR), will be utilized.

  • Develop and strengthen relationships with allocated customers.
  • Ensure retention of customers in their respective BoRs.
  • Act as primary point of contact for customers regarding any inquiries or complaints.
  • Identify financial goals of customers and provide financial planning assistance.
  • Conduct competition analysis to offer professional advice to customers.
  • Regularly schedule appointments with customers from the given database according to campaign requirements.

Sales

  • Focus on cross-selling and up-selling opportunities within allocated customers.
  • Ensure successful completion of licensing as per MLI standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Assistant Manager - Customer Advisory Team

  • Years of experience in insurance sales or equivalent field.
  • Minimum 6 months exposure to life insurance.
  • Age range 25-30 years.
  • Must possess a vehicle.
