Job Title: Fabric Production Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fabric Production Manager to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven individual to lead our fabric production operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality products on time and within budget.

About the Role:
  • Lead and manage the fabric production team, overseeing daily activities, and making tactical decisions to drive productivity and efficiency.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to improve production processes, reduce costs, and increase quality standards.
  • Maintain accurate records, analyze data, and make informed decisions to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Production Management: Oversee all aspects of fabric production, including planning, scheduling, and execution.
  • Team Management: Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team of production staff.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all fabric products meet the highest quality standards, adhering to industry regulations and customer requirements.
  • Inventory Management: Plan, manage, and control inventory levels to minimize waste and optimize stock levels.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance productivity, efficiency, and quality.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Textiles, Manufacturing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a textile or manufacturing environment.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality products on time and within budget.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
