Short Description

To establish and maintain the HSE Management System at ANIL, supporting the Safety Head and business teams in achieving the "Zero Harm" goal

Key Responsibilities

1. Drive implementation and continuous improvement of the Safety Management System.
2. Establish and monitor Safety Governance mechanisms.
3. Develop and execute HSE pathways aligned with business goals.
4. Manage EHS budgeting and resource allocation.
5. Support IMS system implementation and compliance.
6. Foster a positive safety culture across the site.
7. Maintain robust reporting and documentation systems.
8. Assist the Head of Department in executing safety initiatives for common functions

Qualifications & Experience

- Education:
- BE/B.Tech or Diploma in any stream
- Mandatory: Diploma in Industrial Safety (PDIS/ADIS) recognized by State Technical Board/CLI/RLI
- Experience:
- 5–7 years in safety roles, preferably in Chemical, Heavy Industry, Engineering, or Metal sectors
- Experience in Wind Manufacturing is a strong advantage

- Safety Management System implementation
- IMS system exposure
- Heavy material handling safety
- Risk management systems
- Incident investigation and MIS reporting
- SAP and online reporting mechanisms
