Metal Recycling Industry Profile - Assistant Manager - Production Planning Control PPC Qualification - Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Industrial Production Engineering or equivalent Experience - Min 5 years of experience in Production Planning Control in a manufacturing setup Salary - Upto 60k Food Accommodation Location - Mundra Guj Job Summary To plan schedule and monitor production activities to ensure optimal utilization of resources timely delivery and alignment with customer requirements The role also involves coordination with cross-functional teams and implementing best practices in production planning and inventory control Key Responsibilities Develop and implement monthly weekly and daily production plans based on sales forecasts and customer orders Coordinate with procurement stores and production teams to ensure availability of raw materials and components Monitor production performance against plan and take corrective actions to minimize delays Optimize resource allocation manpower machines and materials to maximize efficiency and reduce downtime Maintain and update production schedules in ERP or production planning software Analyze work order variances and support root cause analysis for delays or quality issues Implement and maintain standard operating procedures SOPs for planning processes Monitor inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels without overstocking or stockouts Liaise with the Quality and Maintenance departments to ensure seamless production flow Prepare reports and dashboards on production performance capacity utilization and order status Drive continuous improvement initiatives using lean manufacturing and 5S methodologies SKILLS Strong knowledge of production planning and control in a manufacturing environment Familiarity with lean manufacturing 5S and Kaizen principles Knowledge of local and national transportation regulations and documentation E-Way Bill GST invoices etc Coordinate With DCS Group Email - hr indiadcs in 6375367126 Call whatsApp Calling Time - 11 00 AM to 6 00 PM WhatsApp Timing - 9 00 AM to 8 00 Job Type Full-time Pay Up to 60 000 00 per month Benefits Food provided Health insurance Provident Fund Education Bachelor s Preferred Experience Production Planning 6 years Required Manufacturing industry 6 years Required Work Location In person
