Lead FullStack Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead FullStack Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for guiding technical direction, mentoring engineers, and ensuring the successful delivery of scalable, high-quality software solutions.

This role offers a unique opportunity to work on a wide range of exciting projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and excellence. You will have the chance to architect scalable systems, ensure adherence to software development best practices, and drive adoption of CI/CD, microservices, and cloud-native practices.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and development of fullstack applications using Java, TypeScript, JavaScript, Angular or React
  • Architect scalable systems and ensure adherence to software development best practices
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals
  • Drive adoption of CI/CD, microservices, and cloud-native practices
  • Mentor junior engineers and lead code reviews
  • Continuously improve system performance, reliability, and maintainability

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in fullstack development
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field
  • Strong proficiency in Java, TypeScript, JavaScript, Angular or React
  • Experience with CI/CD, microservices, and cloud platforms

Desirable Skills:

  • Familiarity with Docker, AWS, SQL / NoSQL, and AI/ML integration
