We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Architect to lead the design and implementation of Software Asset Management (SAM) solutions.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional with 8+ years of experience in IT, specifically in SAM module development and implementation. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and be proficient in Flow Designer, Service Portal, Custom Application Development, Scripting (JavaScript), and best practices.

  • The selected individual will be responsible for designing and implementing complex integrations between ServiceNow SAM and other systems.
  • They will have extensive hands-on experience and architectural expertise with ServiceNow CMDB and Discovery, particularly tailored for hardware assets.
  • Proven experience in comprehensive asset management, from strategic planning and procurement through deployment, maintenance, and disposal.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL principles, particularly as they apply to asset management.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in IT, with at least 5 years in a ServiceNow Architect role.
  • Deep and demonstrable expertise with ServiceNow Software Asset Management (SAM) module.
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow platform capabilities, including Flow Designer, Service Portal, Custom Application Development, Scripting (JavaScript) and best practices.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the entire hardware asset lifecycle.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL principles.
