About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Fullstack Developer to join our team. As a key member, you'll play a vital role in shaping our cutting-edge platform and driving innovation.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the development of our self-serve platform, leveraging your expertise in front-end development using REACT, Node JS, and JavaScript.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement well-crafted, high-performance web applications that meet complex business requirements.
  • Leverage your experience to establish best practices for web development, driving the team and codebase to excellence.
  • Participate in Application Solution Design, working closely with technical architects, business stakeholders, and UX professionals to shape application data-flow design and extensible product platform architecture.
  • Translate business requirements into user-centric designs, developing UI/UX wireframes using tools like Figma.
  • Pioneer new frontend initiatives and champion them within the team.
  • Deliver solutions in an Agile environment, demonstrating speed to market and ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup culture.

What We Seek in You

We're looking for a seasoned professional with:

  • Experience working in Agile development environments.
  • A strong background in software development life cycles (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
  • Proficiency in Jira, Github, CI/CD, and other development lifecycle tools.
  • Expertise in designing and developing web and mobile applications, wireframing, and prototyping.
  • Familiarity with AWS EC2, S3, Lambda, and Figma.
  • Previous experience in healthcare or related fields is a plus.
