At our organization, we're seeking experienced professionals to handle incoming calls from customers in a Canadian context.
- This is a full-time position with shifts available between 4pm-10am IST.
- Fluency in speaking, writing, and reading English is required.

- Exceptional English communication and people skills – both written and verbal – are necessary.
- Multitasking and the ability to operate in multiple applications at one time are also required.
- Flexibility in schedule, including extended or extra shifts, is essential.
- Providing an exceptional customer service experience on every call is crucial.
