The Quality Assurance Specialist is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and quality of eLearning courses across various aspects:

  • Audio & Transcript: Verify audio production quality, ensure voice talent reads storyboards accurately, confirm transcript formatting, and check synchronization between audio and text.
  • Visuals and Timing: Confirm graphics conform to approved storyboards, check on-screen text formatting, and verify visuals fade in/out in sync with audio.
  • Interactivities: Ensure test keys are included, attempt failing and passing all activities, and confirm feedback functions properly.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and strong organizational abilities.

A degree in Computer Science or comparable work experience, along with 2+ years' experience in Quality Analysis, are required for this role.
