Qualifications include:

  • 10+ years of experience in presales, strategy, or GTM roles, with a focus on Gen AI led Service Transformation, UX & UI, Digital Engagement Platforms, and more.
  • Industry knowledge: In-depth understanding of the IT services landscape, with proven experience in both DBS and ERS.
  • Leadership skills: Demonstrated ability to lead strategic initiatives, influence cross-functional teams, and drive results.
  • Analytical skills: Proficiency in market analysis, strategic planning, and identifying trends and opportunities.
  • Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
