Growth Manager Position

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strengthen partnerships with major platforms to drive sales, visibility, and market share.
  • Own business growth discussions with category managers – drive revenue growth, brand awareness, and market leadership.
  • Identify trends and new styles in fashion, lifestyle, home & kitchen, cosmetics, and other categories relevant to the company.
  • Promote product pipeline development – ensure faster onboarding of catalogs, approvals, and campaigns.
  • Secure exclusive opportunities for brands (campaign slots, marketing banners, collaborations).
  • Bridge PR & communication gaps – nurture relationships with platform teams.
  • Provide insights back to HQ – competition benchmarking, trends, category analysis, and platform updates.
  • Demonstrate growth leadership – not just reporting numbers but creating opportunities.
