Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to support the development of an innovative AI digital health and medical device platform. The platform aims to transform care for addiction, psychosis, neurological disorders, and pain management—with a strong focus on opioid use disorder and recovery.

Role Type: This is a contractor role – part or full-time, fully flexible hours.

Qualifications:

  • Preferred Qualifications: Students in the final stages of their graduate studies, in MBBS, PharmD, or PhD in neuroscience, psychiatry, pharmacology, or related fields.
  • Preferred Schools:
    • MBBS: All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), Christian Medical College (CMC), Postgraduate Institute of Medical Education and Research (PGIMER), National Institute of Mental Health & Neuro Sciences (NIMHANS), Jawaharlal Institute of Postgraduate Medical Education and Research (JIPMER)
  • Clinical Expertise: Strong background in addiction medicine, substance use disorder treatment, psychosis, and/or pain management. Experience in patient assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning. Familiarity with neurotherapeutics, MAT (medication-assisted treatment), and behavioral health strategies.

Therapeutic Focus: Substance use disorder treatments, and neurotherapeutic strategies, addressing a range of addictions, psychoses, neurological disorders, and chronic pain management (often presented as comorbidities)

Responsibilities:

  1. Key responsibilities include Clinical Assessment & Treatment Planning. Review of patient profiles and histories to formulate diagnoses and recommend evidence-based treatment strategies. Apply expertise in addiction medicine, pain/opioid management, psychosis, and neurological therapeutics.
  1. Provide clinical and scientific input into AI-driven tools to ensure accuracy, safety, and alignment with regulatory standards. Validate integration of treatment guidelines (APA, VA/DoD, NICE, ASAM, etc.) into the AI Healthcare platform.
  1. Conduct literature reviews, interpret clinical trial data, and translate findings into actionable insights.
  1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including engineering, AI, and product design—to integrate evidence-based guidelines, research, and other into the healthcare platform.
