Performance Test Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Test Specialist to deliver high-quality software applications.

  • Develop and execute performance test plans, strategies, and scripts to ensure system reliability, capacity, and scalability.

Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Test Planning, Estimation, Strategy, Workload Design, Test Cases Design, Test Environment Setup, Defect Management & Configuration Management.
  • Execute benchmark, load, stress, endurance, and other non-functional tests. Monitor application logs to determine system behavior.
  • Analyze CPU utilization, memory usage, network usage, garbage collection, and DB parameters and reports to verify application performance.

Requirements:

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 4-6 years of extensive knowledge and experience in performance testing.
  • Expertise in understanding end-to-end performance test processes and experience with performance testing tools using JMeter.
  • Programming knowledge in Java and expertise in REST API and web services performance testing.
  • Experience in developing server-side and UI-side performance testing frameworks.
  • Ability to work on multiple assignments simultaneously and produce high-quality products.
  • Experience with continuous integration with performance testing.
  • Individual contributor experience in testing and delivery.
  • Expertise in performance engineering and improvement activities using performance monitoring tools like New Relic, Dynatrace, and AppDynamics.
  • Experience working in AWS/GCP/Azure-based applications.

  • Experience working in a similar role and industry.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
