Client Service Manager

In this role as Client Service Manager, you will be responsible for developing strong relationships with existing clients and identifying new business opportunities to drive growth for Surreal. Your primary focus will be on conducting market research, staying up-to-date with industry trends, and effectively managing interdepartmental coordination to ensure timely work delivery. Your ability to multitask, exercise good judgment, and communicate effectively will be crucial in this role. Additionally, you will be responsible for coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables, managing project costs and budgets, and creating project dockets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Conduct market research and stay up-to-date with industry trends
  • Manage interdepartmental coordination to ensure timely work delivery
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables
  • Manage project costs and budgets
  • Create project dockets, including creative briefs, budgets, timelines, and project folders

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in creative marketing, events, or business administration
  • 12 years of work experience as a Relationship Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, or relevant role
  • Strong design and aesthetic sense
  • Ability to work under pressure and exercise good judgment
  • Strong verbal and written communication, administrative, and organizational skills
