As a key player in our organization, the Office Engineer plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless project delivery. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing documentation, coordination, and technical reporting to support project execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documents, including BOQs, estimates, and schedules, to facilitate effective project planning.
  • Coordinate closely with site engineers, project managers, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth project progress and timely completion.
  • Assist in preparing high-quality drawings, technical reports, and quality documentation to meet project requirements.
  • Monitor project progress closely, identifying and highlighting any deviations from plans or targets.
  • Provide administrative and technical support to ensure the smooth execution of projects, maintaining open communication with stakeholders at all times.
  • Maintain robust communication and correspondence with consultants, contractors, and authorities to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor's/Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • 1–4 years of relevant experience in infrastructure/construction projects, with a strong understanding of project management principles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with AutoCAD knowledge being an added advantage.
  • Exceptional coordination, documentation, and organizational skills, with the ability to work under tight deadlines and multitask effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
