Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and resolve integration issues between Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and Marketo.">
  • Design scalable CE-side solutions, including workflows, custom plugins, and Power Automate flows.">
  • Support email invalid/bounce handling solutions within CE.">
  • Evaluate data readiness and ensure timely updates for key fields.">
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align CE data structures with business requirements.">
  • Conduct data validation, mapping verification, and contribute to data governance across integrated systems.">

Essential Skills & Qualifications

  • ">
  • Proven expertise in developing within Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, including PowerApps and custom plugins.">
  • Strong experience integrating CE with external platforms, especially marketing automation tools like Marketo.">
  • Proficiency in SQL for data validation and system debugging.">
  • Deep understanding of marketing lifecycle data, including lead/contact status and email engagement tracking.">
  • Familiarity with troubleshooting sync, API, or business logic issues within CE and across integrated systems.">
