Job Title

A technical architect specialist is required to lead the design, integration, and optimization of Opcenter solutions across manufacturing and PLM landscape.

Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Siemens Opcenter MES, APS, Quality Management, and RD&L modules. The role involves leading the design, configuration, and customization of Siemens Opcenter solutions. This includes architecting and implementing MES, APS, Quality Management, and RD&L modules including LIMS and CALVIN.

Required Skills
  • 8+ years of hands-on experience with Siemens Opcenter (MES, APS, Quality Management, RD&L)
  • Proven experience integrating Opcenter with Teamcenter and SAP PLM (or other PLM systems)
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, LIMS, CALVIN, PLM, and ERP (SAP)
  • Expertise in integration technologies: web services, APIs, middleware (e.g., ESB, SOAP/REST, XML)
  • Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and data mapping/transformation processes
  • Knowledge of cloud and on-premises deployment strategies
