Compliance and Regulatory Affairs Professional

The Compliance Manager will be responsible for ensuring the organization's adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards. The role involves monitoring ongoing compliance, reporting as required, and preparing and submitting filings and reports.
- Monitor and report on ongoing compliance with SEBI AIF and PMS regulations.
- Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual regulatory filings and reports to SEBI and other relevant authorities.
- Liaise with regulators and internal stakeholders on compliance matters.
- Review and prepare Private Placement Memorandum and amendments, including Trust Deed and KYC documents.
- Coordinate with service providers and vendors on compliance-related matters.
- Liaise with internal auditors and statutory auditors on regulatory inspections.
- Interact with external parties on regulatory requirements and routine filings.
- Coordinate with counsel on legal support and opinions.
- Monitor changes in SEBI regulations to ensure up-to-date practices and policies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
