Regulatory Affairs Leader

Sr Manager Regulatory Affairs responsible for developing and executing regulatory strategies, compiling and reviewing regulatory submissions, ensuring product compliance, and acting as a key liaison with regulatory agencies.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Submission Management:
    • Preparing, reviewing, and submitting regulatory documentation to health authorities.
  • Import License/Registration for Cosmetics Compliance:
    • Ensuring products consistently adhere to all relevant national and international regulations and standards.
  • Regulatory Intelligence:
    • Maintaining knowledge of changes in regulatory legislation and guidelines, providing actionable insights to teams and leadership.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Working with R&D, manufacturing, quality assurance, and commercial teams to align product development with regulatory requirements.
  • Documentation Management:
    • Maintaining accurate and comprehensive regulatory databases and records.
  • Proficiency in Online Portals:
    • Navigating and using online portals for applications.

The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of regulatory affairs, strong analytical skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
