Sales Strategy Leader

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create incremental revenue through upselling, custom opportunities.
  • Conceptualize/develop a sales strategy including sales training, scripting, campaign timing, sales forecast, campaign tracking.

Manage vendor relationships to implement continuous improvements.

Lead the daily activities of the Telesales department, Supervisors, and Representatives.

Exceed targets and challenging KPIs.

Maintain and grow existing client base.

Identify cross sell and up sell opportunities for value added solutions.

Work closely with Account Managers to develop customer verticals.

Ensure all activity is recorded and managed effectively.

Manage Telesales campaigns on-site at call centers at least 50% of time, to include call monitoring, team meetings, sales incentive execution, and workforce management.
