Job Title: Sales Leader

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Sales Manager to drive revenue growth, lead the sales team and build strong client relationships.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing high-performance teams.

You will be responsible for developing strategies, identifying new opportunities and ensuring overall client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.

- Lead, mentor and motivate the sales team to meet KPIs.

- Monitor sales metrics and adjust strategies as needed.

- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor analysis and opportunities.

- Collaborate with marketing and product teams for campaign alignment.

- Handle key accounts and high-value clients directly when needed.

- Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports and performance updates to senior management.

Requirements:

- Degree in Business, Marketing or a related field (MBA preferred).

- 1-3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in IT.

- Prior experience in managing a sales team is mandatory.

- Strong understanding of CRM tools (like Salesforce, Zoho etc.).

- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
