Job Opportunity: Quality Assurance Specialist

You will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of high-tech equipment. This involves conducting thorough tests, analyzing data, and implementing process improvements.

  • Conduct FAT tests for Semiconductor equipment and qualify processes
  • Execute checklists and procedures, updating tasks as needed
  • Collect and process data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Apply troubleshooting methods to eliminate equipment malfunctions
  • Record process documentation and production data to ensure compliance and traceability

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives, including refining process recipes based on test recipes and customer requirements.

  • Maintain a cleanroom environment and adhere to health and safety regulations
  • Support new product launches and ensure supplier quality meets required standards
  • Facilitate root cause analysis and corrective actions for supplier quality issues

Requirements: Degree in electrical, electronics, software, or mechanical engineering, with 5-8 years of experience in relevant fields. CAD, SolidWorks, and Inventor knowledge are a plus, as are software and PLC expertise. A good understanding of electrical and electronics troubleshooting is essential.
