Bid Management Professional

The role of a Bid Management Professional involves overseeing the end-to-end bid process. This encompasses qualification to contract award, value proposition/strategy development, solution development, commercial considerations, partner identification, competitive landscape, and risk management.

Main Responsibilities:
  • In collaboration with Technical Direction and Business Organizations, manage pre-sales activities, ensure offers and project references are ready, anticipate next major RFI/RFP, and identify associated risks.
  • Support coordination (BU, TD, and Global Pre-sales), define and follow action plans for major RFI/RFP.
  • Develop new business strategy and support preparation of documents required for bids.
  • Manage bid process, support Business Manager and Technical Director in using the CRM tool during the bid process, and qualify business and strategy to answer.
  • Organize and attend Go/NoGo– Bid/NoBid meetings, ensure group offers are best utilized and maximize offer value, and check quality of the offer and financial form prior to the offer review.

This position requires strong leadership skills and 10+ years of industry experience. The professional will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve win rates.
