About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as an Executive Director of Taxation and Compliance. This is a highly sought-after position that offers a unique opportunity for an experienced tax expert to lead our direct taxation efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective tax strategies to optimize our financial performance.
  • Lead a team of tax professionals in handling direct taxation, statutory audits, tax audits, and compliance.
  • Ensure timely compliance with the Income Tax Act, 1961 and other relevant tax laws.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify areas for process improvement and develop solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws, accounting standards, and regulations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in direct taxation, statutory audits, tax audits, and compliance.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
  • Knowledge of tax laws, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and lead cross-functional teams.
