About Analytics Leadership Role:

The role of Head of Analytics is a high-impact leadership position that drives strategic insights across the business and aligns analytics with business goals.

This leadership role will build and scale a data-driven culture, enabling informed decision-making and improving operational efficiency.

The successful candidate will work cross-functionally with product, marketing, sales, finance, and engineering teams to deliver actionable insights and support long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute performance marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing analytics team, including data analysts, BI engineers, and data scientists.
  • Define team structure, roles, and responsibilities to align with business priorities.
  • Work closely with product, marketing, sales, finance, and operations teams to align analytics with business needs.
  • Analyze campaign performance and continuously optimize bids, targeting, creatives, and messaging for maximum ROI.
  • Monitor and manage daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports to ensure campaigns meet performance goals.
  • Collaborate with engineering and data teams to ensure data quality, consistency, and scalability of analytics infrastructure.
  • Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to optimize landing pages, ad creatives, and overall campaign performance.
  • Build and manage the marketing budget, tracking spend against performance goals and optimizing for cost-efficiency.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new advertising technologies, and best practices in digital marketing.
  • Drive growth initiatives through retargeting, CRM-based campaigns, and advanced segmentation strategies.

Requirements:

  • 8 - 10 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or growth roles, with at least 4+ years leading analytics teams in a B2B SaaS company.
  • Significant experience handling large performance marketing budgets.
  • Proven track record of achieving significant ROI from marketing budgets, consistently meeting or exceeding performance targets and KPIs.
  • In-depth knowledge of performance marketing channels, including search and social media.
  • B2B SaaS marketing experience is mandatory, with a proven track record of executing and optimizing performance marketing campaigns.
  • Strong proficiency with analytics tools, SQL, and data modeling concepts.
  • Experience with data warehouses is a plus.
  • Ability to translate complex data into compelling business stories for executives and drive alignment on strategic decisions.
