
Multilingual Customer Service Professional

This role involves handling customer inquiries and resolving their concerns in a timely and efficient manner. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and be proficient in Latin Spanish and Brazilian Portuguese.
The successful candidate will work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to meet those requirements. This includes creating content, responding to queries via email and phone calls, and maintaining accurate records of interactions.
Responsibilities:
- Handling customer complaints and queries
- Creating engaging content in Latin Spanish and Brazilian Portuguese
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions
- Providing exceptional customer service
Requirements:
- Excellent fluency in spoken and written Latin Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese, and English
- Strong command over written Latin Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese, and English
- Minimum 1+ year of experience in providing support in the respective languages
- Candidates with experience supporting international customers via call or chat preferred
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
- Good problem-solving abilities
