Public Relations Associate - Media Communications Specialist

Job Summary:

  • Manage event calendars for editorial meetings, press conferences, and media events to ensure seamless coordination.
  • Collaborate with the PR team to develop strategic plans and drive public relations initiatives.
  • Assist in planning and executing events, campaigns, and other PR projects to meet organizational goals.
  • Conduct research to inform public relations strategies and support campaign development.
  • Develop and distribute engaging content, such as newsletters, press releases, and marketing materials.
  • Edit videos and presentations as assigned by management to enhance their quality and impact.
  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, media, vendors, and external partners to foster strong communications.
  • Monitor and track media coverage and PR metrics using web analytics tools to assess campaign effectiveness.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline communication processes and improve operational efficiency.
  • Perform general administrative tasks as required to support the team's efforts.
