Key Responsibilities Strategy Development Creating and implementing social media strategies aligned with overall business objectives including target audience identification and content planning Content Creation and Curation Developing engaging content text images videos stories for various social media platforms and ensuring brand consistency across all channels Platform Management Managing day-to-day operations of social media accounts including scheduling posts monitoring engagement and responding to comments and messages Campaign Management Planning executing and analyzing social media campaigns to drive specific business outcomes such as increased brand awareness lead generation or sales Performance Analysis Tracking and analyzing social media performance using analytics tools identifying areas for improvement and reporting on key metrics Team Leadership Supervising and mentoring a team of social media professionals fostering collaboration and providing guidance on best practices Cross-Functional Collaboration Working closely with marketing PR sales and other teams to ensure cohesive messaging and alignment on social media initiatives Staying Current Keeping abreast of the latest social media trends platform updates and best practices to optimize strategies and campaigns Budget Management Managing social media advertising budgets and optimizing campaigns for maximum impact Community Engagement Building and nurturing online communities by actively engaging with followers responding to inquiries and fostering a positive brand image Influencer Marketing Identifying and collaborating with relevant influencers to amplify brand reach and engagement Required Skills and Qualifications Proven experience in social media management content creation and digital marketing Strong understanding of social media platforms Facebook Twitter Instagram LinkedIn TikTok etc and their respective audiences Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft engaging and persuasive content Proficiency in social media analytics tools and the ability to interpret data to inform strategies and campaigns Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously Leadership and team management experience Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities Familiarity with social media management tools and platforms e g Sprout Social Hootsuite Buffer Bachelor s degree in marketing communications public relations or a related field is often preferred Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 12 509 88 - 25 000 00 per month Schedule Day shift Morning shift Weekend availability Experience Social media marketing 3 years Required Work Location In person
