Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with marketing and business goals Manage and maintain the company s presence across Facebook Instagram LinkedIn YouTube X Twitter and other relevant platforms Create and curate engaging visual video and written content for social media campaigns Plan and manage social media calendars ensuring timely and consistent posting Monitor social media trends tools and applications to enhance performance and audience engagement Track analyze and report on social media metrics and insights to optimize strategy Coordinate with the content design and marketing teams to ensure cohesive branding Run and monitor paid social media ad campaigns to drive leads and conversions Manage community engagement respond to comments messages and queries promptly and professionally Collaborate with influencers partners and media agencies to expand brand reach Maintain brand consistency in tone voice and visuals across all social platforms Required Skills Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Marketing Mass Communication or a related field Proven experience 3-5 years as a Social Media Executive Manager or in a similar digital marketing role Strong understanding of social media algorithms SEO and digital marketing trends Proficiency in social media management tools e g Meta Business Suite Hootsuite Buffer Later Basic knowledge of graphic design and video editing tools Canva Adobe Photoshop Premiere Pro Excellent communication writing and storytelling skills Strong analytical skills and familiarity with Google Analytics Meta Insights and similar tools Ability to work under pressure manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines Preferred Skills Experience in paid ad management Facebook Ads Manager LinkedIn Ads Google Ads Knowledge of content marketing and influencer collaboration strategies Creativity attention to detail and ability to think strategically Job Type Full-time Pay 12 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Benefits Flexible schedule Leave encashment Ability to commute relocate Gandhinagar Gujarat Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Preferred Experience Social media management 1 year Preferred Location Gandhinagar Gujarat Required Work Location In person
