Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to assume the role of Internal Control Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting independent reviews of internal controls, ensuring timely reporting, and implementing corrective actions.

The successful candidate will possess a strong background in internal audit, accounting, and US GAAP and Indian Accounting Standards. They will also have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

The role requires a high level of adaptability, with the ability to work well in ambiguity and pressure situations. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management skills are essential.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Conducting independent on-site internal control reviews
  • Identifying opportunities for process simplification, standardization, and automation
  • Implementing risk management strategies across functional areas
  • Facilitating completion of mandatory Statutory/Corporate/Asia reporting requirements
  • Sharing best practices across the region
  • Supporting location management teams for Operational & Financial audits

Requirements:

The successful candidate will have a Chartered Accountant qualification, with more than 8 years of experience in internal audit/accounting audit/internal control roles, including at least 4 years in a Big 4 environment.

Benefits:

We offer a competitive remuneration package, with a minimum annual salary of 1,200,000 and a maximum annual salary of 2,400,000, paid in INR.
