About the Role
  • As the head of accounting operations, you will be responsible for overseeing daily activities including billing, accounts receivable and payable, general ledger, cost accounting, and inventory management.
  • You will serve as the subject matter expert on all GST-related matters, ensuring accurate and timely filing of returns, handling reconciliations, and managing audits or departmental queries.
  • The ideal candidate will take ownership of the finance module in SAP Business One, utilizing advanced SQL skills to develop custom reports and work directly with the SAP backend to extract and analyze data.
  • You will lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes, preparing and presenting accurate financial statements and management reports in accordance with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS).
  • You will ensure 100% compliance with statutory regulations, including TDS, TCS, Provident Fund, ESI, and other requirements under the Companies Act.
  • You will act as the primary point of contact for statutory and internal auditors, developing and maintaining robust internal controls to safeguard company assets.
