Finance Professional Wanted

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to join our team. As a key member of the finance department, you will be responsible for managing the financial aspects of the organization, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Prepare, analyze, and present financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  • Monitor annual budgets and forecasts in collaboration with department heads and Controllers.
  • Ensure timely and accurate submission of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to senior management.
  • Provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements.
  • Liaise with external auditors, tax authorities, and regulatory bodies.
  • Identify financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Manage bank payments and receipts, optimize working capital, and oversee debt servicing and treasury functions.
  • Drive improvements in financial processes and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Lead the implementation of ERP systems and reporting tools.
  • Oversee the preparation and filing of direct and indirect tax returns.
  • Manage tax audits and assessments, ensuring minimal financial exposure.
  • Stay updated on changes in tax regulations and their impact on the organization.
  • Lead and mentor the finance team to ensure high performance and professional growth.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards (Ind AS, IFRS, or GAAP) and regulatory compliance.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
