Our Insights and Advisory team plays a pivotal role in providing strategic guidance and data-driven insights to organizations. By analyzing market trends and business data, our team helps decision-makers make informed choices that positively impact their organization's performance and bottom line.

  • Develop problem statements and initial hypotheses, designing optimal research approaches with mixed research techniques.
  • Structure and present data and results using relevant frameworks.
  • Arrive at key messages/highlights addressing key objectives as summaries of results.
  • Presents research results to clients and handles client queries.
  • Participates actively in team discussions on project-specific areas.
  • Conducts market assessments and trend analyses across sub-segments, therapy areas to evaluate market attractiveness, players, pipeline assets, product portfolios, technologies, and more.
  • Competitor benchmarking and tracking involves media monitoring, product profiling, medical/scientific and marketing aspects, SWOT analysis, clinical pipeline analysis, and more.

Key Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience in MedTech, Diagnostics strategy-related projects.
  • Consulting and strategy-oriented projects experience required.
  • Experience working across the Lifesciences value chain, specifically market assessment projects covering market attractiveness, strategic imperatives, competitor strategies, insights gathering through secondary/primary research, analysis, and reporting.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to identify proactive ways to contribute to the firm's goals and mission.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, and respect for time.
  • Command over MS Office and basic MS Excel.
  • M.Pharm/B.Pharm/B.Tech (Biotech)/B.E(Biotech)/M.Tech (Biotech)/MBA degree.
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
